Director of Case Management Services

Arlene Crosby currently serves as the Director of Outreach Intake and Retrieval and is responsible for creating smooth transitions for clients to enter Duffy services.  Arlene has been in the field of human services for over 25 years and has developed relationships with agencies across the Cape. Arlene’s wealth of knowledge and resources has proved to be invaluable to Duffy as we continue to grow.
