Homelessness: A Growing Problem

Since this economic downturn, Duffy Health Center has experienced a dramatic increase in the number of Cape Cod residents seeking housing services. Our innovative, nationally-recognized model of providing one-stop-access to services also helps create and sustain housing opportunities for those at risk – a critical component of effective care. 

Duffy is actively helping by providing individuals with the opportunity to break free from the cycle of homelessness, regain hope, recover and rejoin the larger community. Today, we are a catalyst for individual empowerment and community solutions to stop homelessness through inventive community partnerships.
